Meet the team

Ion is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and a Chartered Financial Planner. Ion has specialised in investment, retirement and estate planning for over 30 years making him an expert in the field. Outside of the office, Ion is a keen cyclist, occasional triathlete and collector of Northern Soul records. He is also an avid supporter of a football club whose name he'd rather we didn’t mentioned.

Tim has been with us since 2007 and has also achieved chartered status and fellowship of the CII. Tim is an expert in investment and retirement planning. Aside from his job, Tim loves to travel. In fact, we often quip that he can visit several countries in the time that it takes most of us to visit the supermarket.

Martin brings with him 30 years experience with one of the UK’s largest financial institutions. With a diploma in Financial Services and as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, Martin has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is an Ipswich Town fan, which we try not to hold against him and is an avid tennis player. He thoroughly enjoys putting his knowledge of risk to good use and often follows horse racing at local tracks.

Theo started his financial services career in Banking. He then progressed to Private Wealth Management, putting his experience to use in financial services administration. In his spare time, Theo enjoys a good chess game. Unlike his colleagues and their questionable taste in football teams, Theo supports Brighton and Hove Albion.

Danielle has worked within the Financial Services sector for over 20 years. She is highly organised and loves looking after our clients. Away from work, she likes nothing more than long sunny seafront run and spending quality time with her family. With two football mad children her weekends are filled with football, and she also supports Brighton and Hove Albion.

Orla and Bo are our resident mini Dachshunds. They have various roles that include making puppy eyes to get a bit of your sandwich, scaring delivery drivers and providing constant entertainment.
